Overview

Ticket Dibs is a competition and giveaway platform. By purchasing entries into a competition, you are paying for the chance to win a prize through a random draw. Please read this refund policy carefully before making any purchases.

Competition Entries

All competition entry purchases are final and non-refundable once the entry has been confirmed and recorded. This is because:

  • Your entry is immediately added to the competition draw pool
  • The odds for all participants change the moment an entry is recorded
  • Reversing an entry would compromise the fairness of the draw for other participants

If a competition is cancelled by Ticket Dibs before the draw takes place, all entries for that competition will be fully refunded to the original payment method.

Subscription Plans

Subscription payments (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your initial subscription purchase and have not used any subscription benefits (bonus entries, discounts), you may request a full refund by contacting support.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable. If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be issued in the equivalent USD value at the time of the original transaction, not the current cryptocurrency value.

Overpayments in cryptocurrency that exceed the required amount by more than 5% may be refunded for the excess amount, minus network transaction fees.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you are charged for a payment that did not result in a confirmed entry, or if you are charged twice for the same entry, please contact support immediately. We will investigate and issue a refund within 5-10 business days.

Bonus Entries

Bonus entries received through subscriptions, referrals, or promotions have no monetary value and are non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

Changes to This Policy

Ticket Dibs reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
