By accessing or using Ticket Dibs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Ticket Dibs. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation in raffles complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

To participate in raffles, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.

Raffles & Entries

Ticket Dibs operates a platform for digital item raffles. By entering a raffle, you agree to the following:

• Each raffle has specific rules regarding ticket cost, entries, draw date, and prizes displayed on the raffle page
• Raffle entries are non-refundable once confirmed
• Winners are selected at random through our automated drawing system
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify a raffle at our discretion — affected entries will be refunded

Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Ticket prices are displayed in the currency specified on each raffle.

Refunds are only issued when:

• A raffle is cancelled by Ticket Dibs
• A technical error resulted in duplicate or erroneous charges
• Other circumstances at our sole discretion

Entering a raffle and not winning does not entitle you to a refund.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform
• Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform
• Engage in fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on Ticket Dibs, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Ticket Dibs or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ticket Dibs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Ticket Dibs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
